Unified Communications (UC) is a framework that combines various communication tools into a single interface. The goal is to improve user experience and productivity by using this platform.

Email: It will use email services like bulk emails, email marketing, email OTP, etc.

Active directory: Microsoft-owned directory service that runs on Windows Server. It's a database and set of services that connect users to the network resources they need to do their work.

Calendar: Multiple features that can be used.

File share: Some mechanisms to share the files.

Team Chat: In the market, multiple services are available to integrate the Team Chat.

Conferences: In the market, multiple services are available to integrate the Conferences chat, and calls as well.

Chat: In the market, multiple services are available to integrate the Chat.

Instant messaging-govern WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business APIs are available that need to integrate to messaging and other service:

Exchange active sink: Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) is a protocol that allows users to sync email, contacts, calendars, tasks, and notes from a messaging server to a mobile device.

2 Factor Authentication (2FA): Security mechanism to access resources and data with the following:

  • 1. Random passcode with Email and SMS
  • 2. SMS verification -Login with Email and SMS, Random SMS passcode
  • 3. Biometric verification
  • 4. Security key - smart cards, USB drives, and token devices

Outlook Sync: To sync Outlook, create an account on each device using the same credentials as your main Outlook account. Then in Outlook settings, add a new account and enter login info. You can choose what data to sync, like emails, contacts, events, or tasks. Click 'Sync' or 'Apply' to start.

Chat GPT: ChatGPT is a natural language processing tool that can answer questions.

OpenAI allows developers to integrate the ChatGPT model into their own applications, software, or platforms.

Licenses and annual support: Annual support and maintenance fees may be included in the original price of a license, or there may be separate annual maintenance fees.
