HTTP Error 500.30 - ANCM In-Process Start Failure

When trying to launch an ASP.NET Core 2.2 web app locally (Windows 10) I receive HTTP Error 500.30 - ANCM In-Process Start Failure error message when the browser opens. Solutions - Try changing the section in csproj   < PropertyGroup >     < TargetFramework > netcoreapp2.2 </ TargetFramework >     < AspNetCoreHostingModel > InProcess </ AspNetCoreHostingModel >   </ PropertyGroup > To the following...   < PropertyGroup >     < TargetFramework > netcoreapp2.2 </ TargetFramework >     < AspNetCoreHostingModel > OutOfProcess </ AspNetCoreHostingModel >     < AspNetCoreModuleName > AspNetCoreModule </ AspNetCoreModuleName >   </ PropertyGroup > Note - this has been resolved as of January 2019.
